Hi, I’m Tim and I’m the Lead Pastor at Glad Tidings (Burlington, ON). I grew up in a pastor’s home and have had the privilege of living and ministering both in Canada and the US. I was kind of thrown into ministry at a very young age but have now been ministering for over 23 years in many different positions and contexts of ministry. I still feel humbled and honoured that God would allow me these incredible opportunities to be a pastor and leader in His church. My greatest calling and privilege though is that I am the husband of Jennifer Woodcock and the father of three incredible girls.

In 2025, my wife Julia and I are stepping into a new chapter of ministry—Timothy Generation Ministries. This is not just a ministry name, but the heartbeat of what we feel God has called us to do. It’s the fulfillment of a vision God gave me in 2021 during a month of fasting. During that time, I had several vivid encounters where I saw Canada in revival—stadium events happening across the nation, with thousands of young people moving in the power of God, preaching the Gospel, and seeing signs and wonders following. I saw them ministering to the broken and hurting, particularly on the streets of Toronto, reaching a generation that had yet to experience the power of the Holy Spirit in such an undeniable way.
The vision gripped my heart with such urgency. I knew this wasn’t just a dream or something for the distant future—it was a divine calling, and it was happening soon. Six weeks after this encounter, I heard Bill Prankard share a similar vision from 1972, one that spoke of a revival in Canada and the nations, a revival led by a generation of young people. His words were almost identical to what I had seen in my visions. In that moment, God made it clear that the baton was being passed to us. This wasn’t just about what God had shown me—it was about a much larger picture, one that was decades in the making.
As the relationship between Bill and I deepened, he began to share with me the story of his ministry, the vision he had carried, and the many prayers he had prayed for Canada. In 2024, Bill entrusted us with that same mantle, passing on the legacy of revival that had burned in his heart for over 50 years. He passed the baton to us with these powerful words: "It’s time for you, the Timothy Generation, to rise up and take your place in the fulfillment of what God has promised." It was a sacred moment, and the weight of the responsibility has not left me.
